Data aggregated from FRED, Zillow, Redfin, Freddie Mac, BLS, InsideAirbnb, Realtor.com, and Census. While we strive for accuracy:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain upstream errors.
• Scores are algorithmic models, inherently imperfect.
• Historical data may be revised without notice.
• No warranties on accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

• Free: scores, rankings, compare, basic AI analysis, zip home values for 195 metros + 21K cities + 26K zips.
• Pro adds: early warning signal values, 12-month price forecasts, unlimited AI analysis, full 2-year history, CSV/PDF export, unlimited alerts, daily digest, ad-free.

ACCEPTABLE USE

• No scraping or programmatic access without permission.
• No commercial redistribution of data without license.
• No reverse-engineering the scoring algorithm.
• No misleading others about market conditions using our data.
• No interfering with the service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The scoring algorithm, design, brand, and content are CrashWatch IP. Underlying public data (FRED, Zillow, etc.) remains public domain; our analysis and presentation is protected.

MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms. Material changes communicated via email. Continued use = acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by US law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
