DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

CrashWatch aggregates data from third-party sources including the Federal Reserve (FRED), Redfin, Freddie Mac, and others. While we strive for accuracy:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from upstream sources.
• Crash scores are generated by algorithmic models and AI analysis, which are inherently imperfect and may not reflect actual market conditions.
• Historical data may be revised by source providers without notice.
• We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on CrashWatch.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Your use of CrashWatch is entirely at your own risk. We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall CrashWatch, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• CrashWatch Pro is available for $9.99 per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime — you can cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of that cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect.
• Free tier users can access the live map and national overview. Pro features include advanced alerts, metro deep-dives, and historical data access.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access CrashWatch without permission.
• Redistribute CrashWatch data or crash scores commercially without a license.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the crash score algorithm or proprietary scoring methodology.
• Use CrashWatch to mislead others about housing market conditions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on CrashWatch — including the crash score algorithm, website design, brand assets, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of CrashWatch and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent. The underlying housing data from public sources (FRED, Freddie Mac) remains in the public domain; our proprietary analysis, scoring, and presentation of that data is protected.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on the website. Continued use of CrashWatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CrashWatch shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
